Data you provide directly:
- Name and email address — collected on registration, used to create your CtrlPanel and Pterodactyl accounts and communicate with you
- Password — stored as a secure hash; we never see or store your plain-text password
Payment data:
- Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. PayPal provides us only with transaction confirmation and your PayPal email.

Technical data collected automatically:
- IP address and browser information when you access our website or store (server logs)
- Server activity logs generated by Pterodactyl and Wings (startup events, resource usage)
Data we do NOT collect:
- We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts
- We do not collect data about your players or the content of your Minecraft server
3. How We Use Your Data
- Creating and managing your CtrlPanel store and Pterodactyl panel accounts
- Processing your credit purchases and managing your subscription via PayPal
- Sending service-related communications (billing, maintenance notices, ticket responses)
- Troubleshooting technical issues with your server
- Complying with legal obligations
We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
- Contract performance — processing your name and email to deliver the service you ordered
- Legitimate interests — server and access logs for security and troubleshooting
- Legal obligation — retaining billing records as required by Czech tax law
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: data retained for the duration of your subscription
- Cancelled/suspended accounts: panel account and server data deleted after 14 days
- Billing records: retained for 5 years as required by Czech accounting law
- Server logs: retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then deleted
6. Third-Party Services
- PayPal — payment processing (privacy policy)
- Pterodactyl / Wings — open-source panel software running on our own servers; no customer data is sent to Pterodactyl's developers
- CtrlPanel — open-source billing panel running on our own servers; no customer data is shared with CtrlPanel's developers
- Porkbun — domain and DNS management; no customer data is shared
- BetterStack — status page monitoring; only service URLs are monitored, no customer data is shared
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
As an EU resident you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, open a ticket in the store. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ).

- HTTPS encryption on all web traffic (Let's Encrypt SSL)
- Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text
- Access to server infrastructure restricted to authorised personnel only
9. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. The CtrlPanel store uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and expires when you close your browser or log out.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
