TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Axis Hosting services ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or ordering a server, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

Axis Hosting provides Minecraft Java Edition server hosting managed through the Pterodactyl panel and CtrlPanel store. Services are provided on a monthly credit-based subscription. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Access

When you register, accounts are created on both the CtrlPanel store and the Pterodactyl panel. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately via a store ticket if you suspect unauthorised access

We will never ask for your password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Run servers that violate Minecraft's EULA or Mojang's Terms of Service
  • Host illegal content of any kind under Czech Republic or EU law
  • Conduct DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other malicious network activity from your server
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run non-Minecraft workloads without prior written agreement
  • Resell or sublease your server allocation to third parties
  • Intentionally exceed your allocated resources in ways that impact other users

Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Billing and Credits

Services are paid for using credits purchased via PayPal through the CtrlPanel store. 1 credit = €0.10. Credits are deducted automatically each billing cycle.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by suspending or deleting your server in the panel. Credits already spent are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: We do not offer automatic refunds on purchased credits. Refund requests are evaluated case by case — open a ticket in the store.
  • Insufficient credits: If your credit balance runs out, your server will be suspended. Data is retained for 14 days before deletion.
  • Price changes: We will give at least 14 days notice of any pricing changes via the store or Discord.

6. Backups

Backup slots are provided via Pterodactyl for you to create manual backups. We do not perform automatic backups on your behalf. You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of your important data. We are not liable for data loss.

After account termination or 14 days of suspended service due to insufficient credits, all server data is permanently deleted.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via Discord or the store. We do not offer service credits for downtime.

8. Minecraft EULA Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your server complies with Minecraft's EULA and Mojang's commercial usage guidelines, including any monetisation of in-game features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axis Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your service immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time through the store or Pterodactyl panel.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via the store or Discord at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
